Vacancies may exist for the following positions:

A) Locum doctors:

Our Locum doctors are responsible for the ongoing monitoring of each elder’s health status and the coordination of clinical care among our medical team.

They assess each elder upon arrival and form a plan of management for each one. They also review the elders periodically, and are on hand in events of medical emergencies.

B) Registered Nurses:

Our registered nurses are skilled in geriatric to work as a homecare nursing. They evaluate clients and developing as well as coordinating plans of care. They ensure quality service delivery that guarantees client’s comfort, satisfaction and safety.

C) Physiotherapists:

Our physiotherapists are an integral part of the team and they ensure a regular exercise regimen and physical rehabilitation of our esteemed clients.

D) Caregivers:

Our caregivers spend the most time per day with our residents. They assist the elders with their activities of daily living which include personal care and grooming, feeding, ambulation and recreational activities. They also provide ready ears to listen when the elder wants to talk to a younger person.

E) Housekeepers:

Our housekeepers are tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and ambience of Rockgarden homes every minute of every day. They clean the elders’ apartments and surroundings, and help arrange their personal effects.

F) Social Workers

Our Social workers are professionals with degrees in social work who spend a lot of time one on one with our residents, and help them cope with their changing status, and physical capacities. They help plan care and construct activity schedules which are both intellectually stimulating and invigorating. They oversee the activities of the caregivers and ensure that the elder suffers no form of abuse.
